Classes for all ages and abilities...
Offering classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Kickboxing.
There are classes and 8-week complete beginner courses, intermediate and advanced classes. There are also, Junior (4-7 yrs) and Youth (7-15) MMA & Kickboxing Academies with classes taught from our structured curriculum.
We are proudly sponsored by Positive Health and Nutrition.
A Sports Nutrition shop based in Stockport. They have a team of people who are all highly qualified in all areas of Sports Nutrition, some of whom also compete in Body Building Shows.
